Pay Rates
We are in network with Aetna, United Healthcare and Medicare and also accepting private pay clients.
Our insurance credentialing is currently pending with BCBS and the full private pay rate will be required for BCBS clients at the time of the visit. We can provide you with a Superbill for you to send to BCBS for possible reimbursement.
We are a cashless business. Electronic payment is required and due at the time services are rendered.

One hour Initial Evaluation Appointments are $300
30 minute Follow Up Appointments are $175.
