Individuals in crisis who may need a higher level of care should call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline https://988lifeline.org/ or call 911. 

Our practice provides community mental health outpatient services.  We do not have admitting privileges with any hospitals in Texas.  However, many communities have hospitals that offer same day evaluations and assessments in case a higher level of care is needed. Here are some hospital resources but it is not an exhaustive list of resources.
