Mosaic Psychiatric Services is a small, independently owned, family run mental health practice. We provide holistic care to individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders to help achieve each person's unique goals. All are welcome at our practice.
Who we are
Kellye Mixson has over 28 combined years in nursing. She obtained her masters degree in nursing and was a graduate of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program (PMHNP) program in 2019. Kellye's experience includes long term care, assisted living, and memory care services, in-patient mental health treatment, outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, and forensic mental health. She has experience working with first responders, educators, college students, colleagues, LGBTQ community, and individuals across the lifespan in urban and rural communities.
Our priorities
Kellye was born and raised in Vernon, Tx and Wilbarger County. She lived and worked many years in Wichita Falls, Tx before relocating to Austin, Tx in 2011. In 2023, Kellye and her family moved back to live and work in North Texas and be closer to family. Our office is located in Wichita Falls, Tx, which allows us to serve individuals in person in North Texas and all over the state of Texas via Telehealth. Being able to use Telehealth to reach underserved individuals in rural and urban areas is a priority for our practice.
